With a 5K, a one mile fun run and a virtual run there is enough to make everyone Happy.

5K with a cuff.
5K without a cuff.
One mile fun run with a cuff.
One mile fun run without a cuff.
Virtual race with a cuff for those that are not able to attend the event - You will run the 5k whenever you want not at the event!
VIP Package.
All those that register in a timely manner will receive a shirt, but shirts are limited and we will most likely run out. Don't wait until race day to register if you want a shirt.
Rustic Cuff, RunnersWorld Tulsa and Joy in the Cause have joined forces to present the most Spectacular Beach Party themed 5K race one can imagine!
Bring your family and friends to join in the fun for this very special "End of Summer" 5K. You can run, walk, or stroll. Make it an evening of activity that everyone can enjoy and you can sign up the little Kids too. Don't miss the post-race activities as a great way to wrap up your summertime celebrations. The race party is filled with: Rustic Cuff, chip timed 5K, one mile fun run, over-all male and female awards, standard 5 year age group awards, music (The Fabulous Mid Life Crisis band), Food Trucks, drinks, including beer, and beach ball volleyball!
Come celebrate with an evening of fitness and "summertime" fun while staying Healthy, Happy and Strong!

Where: River West Festival, 2100 S. Jackson, Tulsa, OK.
What time: One Mile Fun Run- 7:00PM -and the 5K -7:30PM Virtual Run is done on your own at any time and you will not be included in the results.
Walk-in registration is available, (if you do not want to sign up on-line) at RunnersWorld Tulsa until September 11th at 6:00PM. Cash or check only for walk-in registration. No packet pick-up is available at RunnersWorld
Packet pick-up and pre-race registration will be hosted by Pinot’s Palette on Cherry Street, 1621 E 15th St. September 12th and the 13th from 10am - 5pm! We will have painting, music and a Photo Booth to get everyone pumped up for the race!
Race Day registration and pre-registered packet pick-up will begin on site at River West Festival (2100 S. Jackson) at 5:00PM. Cash or Check only!
Virtual Run packets (mailed option) will be sent out on Wednesday, September 12. You must live over 50 miles away from RunnersWorld, 3920 S. Peoria in order for us to mail you a packet. All other virtual run entrants will pick up their packets at the designated packet pickup times at Pinot's Palette or at RunnersWorld after the event.
Pinot’s Palette will be painting a collaborative and fun picture and will have a selfie area with props for photos at the event.
One FREE Beer for those registered 21 & over. Must bring photo ID for beer!
Rustic Cuff will give a Limited Edition Cuff to all registrants! (New design each year) Watch for the "Big Reveal!"
Cuffs will be given at time of packet pickup!
Registration with a Cuff may be limited and this event WILL sell out!!! Please register early to ensure you get one!!!
There is also a registration option without the cuff for those that just want to run. Registration for the no cuff option will be available up until the race starts.
There is no limitation for entrants without a cuff, however shirts sizes may be limited so make sure you register early.
For those of you that want to run with your Company or as a Team...you may do so and you will still be timed as an individual. The "Team" category is just simply for your pleasure and support. There are no team awards......
